Job Title: Senior SAP S4 Implementation Manager Position Type: Full-time/Contract Location: Remote Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Implementation Specialist with 10-15 years of extensive experience in SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on S/4 upgrade projects. Experience in leading IT projects and managing cross-functional teams is highly desirable, particularly in the context of S/4 upgrade initiatives. Responsibilities:

1. Must have experience in managing a team of at least 25 team members. This is a hands on - technical management role
2. SAP Implementation Leadership: Lead and oversee SAP implementation projects, leveraging your deep understanding of SAP methodologies and best practices. Provide guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of project deliverables, timelines, and objectives.
3. S/4 Upgrade Experience: Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA upgrades, with a focus on leading S/4 upgrade initiatives. Coordinate with stakeholders to define upgrade requirements, develop upgrade strategies, and oversee the implementation of upgrade activities.
4. Technical Knowledge on S/4 Custom Code Remediation: Possess expertise in identifying and remediating custom code in S/4HANA environments. Collaborate with technical teams to analyze existing customizations, assess compatibility with S/4HANA, and develop remediation plans.
5. ABAP Development: Utilize your prior experience in ABAP development to provide technical support and guidance on ABAP-related tasks, including customizations, enhancements, and integrations. Work closely with developers to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of ABAP solutions.
6. Team Management: Manage a team of 25 SAP technical and functional professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, prioritize project initiatives, and drive alignment with organizational goals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project success.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and expertise:

1. 10-15 Years of SAP Implementation Experience: Extensive experience in SAP implementation projects, with a strong track record of success in delivering complex SAP solutions. Demonstrated expertise in SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
2. IT Project Leadership: Proven experience in leading IT projects, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA upgrades preferred. Strong project management skills, including the ability to define project scope, develop project plans, and manage project budgets and resources.
3. Technical Knowledge on S/4 Custom Code Remediation: Deep understanding of S/4HANA custom code remediation processes and best practices. Experience in analyzing custom code, identifying compatibility issues, and developing remediation strategies.
4. ABAP Development Experience: Prior experience in ABAP development, including customizations, enhancements, and integrations. Proficiency in ABAP programming languages, tools, and methodologies.
5. Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Experience in managing large teams of SAP technical and functional professionals.
6. Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders in a remote work environment.
