Company Description Yama Design is a group of interior and product designers based in Bengaluru. We specialize in designing lifestyles that reflect our clients' identities and stories. Our design philosophy is collaborative and focuses on adding value to every detail of living. Role Description This is an internship role for an Industrial Design Intern. The Intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as concept generation, product design and development ,and prototyping. This is a hybrid role, with the intern working primarily from Bengaluru office space and having flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications
- Industrial Design and Product Design skills
- Concept Generation and Design Thinking abilities
- Experience in prototyping
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with design software - Rhino/ Solidworks, Keyshot, AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, Photoshop/ Illustrator.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial/ Product Design or related field
- Additionally content creation skills
