Senior Manager - Alliances & Partnership

As a Senior Manager, Alliances, you will identify and develop opportunities to strengthen and expand Get Me Therapy's long term & strategic partnerships across a spectrum of business sectors. This includes prospecting and outreach, managing a pipeline of partners, presenting the product capabilities, tailoring the value proposition to align with partners' interest, managing the scope of work and ensuring execution of the contracts in a timely manner. You will collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and partners to educate and evangelize Get Me Therapy and its products vision/roadmap. What you’ll do: • Consistently achieve assigned business quotas. • Create, manage & grow the Alliances pipeline for Get Me Therapy’s mental wellbeing platform. • Acquire sufficient knowledge about the partner’s’ business environment and collaboration objectives in order to structure a valuable proposition. • Manage key partnership areas – collaboration framework, commercial model, stakeholder engagement, go-to-market plans and success monitoring. • Schedule regular prospecting outreach campaigns. • Participate in various promotional events, industry forums and other lead generation opportunities. • Make effective use of the CRM tools to manage and progress on sales pipeline and conversion. • Be an informed, articulate, and professional representative of the organization in external interactions with clients, end users and other stakeholders. • Work closely with the client servicing team to ensure optimum outcomes on Alliance deliverables, retention and growth. • Set and participate in regular progress review and relationship management meetings with clients. • Collaborate with the marketing team to secure the required marketing support on sales prospecting and closure. • Work collaboratively with other units such as Legal, Finance, IT to safeguard organizations’ interests in our Alliance partnerships. • Collect, report, and analyze market intelligence, competitor landscape, and the voice of the customer. Qualifications
- Experience in strategic alliances, business planning, and creating partnerships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies
- Experience in managing and nurturing business alliances
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of the mental health industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
