Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Certified Financial Planner at Blance. As a Certified Financial Planner, you will be responsible for providing financial planning services to clients, including retirement planning and personal financial planning. You will also be expected to assist clients in making informed financial decisions and creating strategies to achieve their financial goals. This role is based in Bengaluru and allows for flexibility to work remotely. Roles & Responsibility

1. Engage with customers to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
2. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to analyze clients' current financial status and develop personalized financial plans.
3. Collaborate with customers to set short-term and long-term financial goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
4. Provide expert advice on investment options, asset allocation, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
5. Educate clients on financial concepts, investment products, and market trends to enable informed decision-making.
6. Monitor clients' investment portfolios and recommend adjustments based on changes in their financial circumstances or market conditions.
7. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize clients' financial plans and enhance their wealth accumulation strategies.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing clients' inquiries, concerns, and financial planning needs.
9. Stay updated on industry regulations, market developments, and best practices in financial planning to ensure compliance and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Blance's platform features, user experience, and service offerings.

1. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.
2. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field preferred.
3. Proven experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advisory roles.
4. Strong understanding of financial principles, investment products, and tax regulations.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
6. Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping individuals achieve their financial goals.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to perform financial analysis and develop strategic recommendations.
8. Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
