ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE BUSINESS: CIRCOR Industrial LOCATION: Mumbai DIRECT REPORTING: Sr. Manager Business Analytics FUNCTIONAL REPORTING: Commercial Excellence POSITION DETAILS Position Summary Position Title: Commercial Excellence Analyst The primary focus of this role is to support Sales Leaders, Product Line Managers, Sales Managers, Market Managers & Finance Teams in carrying out the company’s Strategic and Profit plans with key focus on delivering value to the customers in terms of Commercial Excellence (Pricing, Business Analytics and CRM/ERP related initiatives) Principal Activities (in order of importance): Development of applications using Power Apps and Power Automate and integrate these with Power BI Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, BW, etc.), reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver those requirements with accuracy and in a timely manner. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and reports for top management, product line managers, sales managers, and market managers. Analyze information resources regarding market trends, customer needs, historical data, and internal margin/revenue targets to provide actionable recommendations on pricing, costing product and market strategies. Provide ongoing support to various functions with the systematic use of both historical and predictive data. Maintain tools, reporting & scorecards to track key metrics and value captured. Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues. Manage a large amount of transactional data and determine trends up to part number level with win-loss analysis using statistical and analytical tools. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Knowledge Skills & Abilities Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Manage multiple priorities; both as an independent problem solver and as a team player. Good organizational and time management skills, strong analytical skills, and the inter-personal skills to interact with all levels of management. Anticipate change and quickly prioritize accordingly. Be friendly, empathetic, and professional even under stressful circumstances and tight timelines. Education & Experience 3+ years in an analytical reporting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) and Business Warehouse (e.g., SAP BW) Expertise into Power Apps (must) and Power Automate (must) Technical proficiency in MS – Office suite with advanced MS-Excel and MS-Power BI skills (must)
