Chevron is accepting online applications for the Order Processing, Invoicing and Reconciliation Officer / Operations Administrator position. Chevron Australia Downstream is seeking to appoint an Order Processing, Invoicing and Reconciliation Officer / Operations Administrator who will be responsible for processing delivered and pick up sales through to invoice and reconciling lifted volumes at terminals around Australia. Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
- Perform daily reconciliation of bulk fuel loading from both Chevron and third-party terminals.
- Process customer invoices for both delivered and pick up sales.
- Reconcile daily lifting reports with delivery paperwork provided by cartage partners.
- Collaborate with Area Transport Coordinators in cases of delayed receipt of delivery paperwork and other carrier-related issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all transactions to meet deadlines and streamline month-end closing process.
- Minimum two years administration experience
- A background in administrative or logistics is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven capacity to adapt to unexpected changes and implement counteractive measures.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools including Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP system).
