As a CRM (Hubspot) Administrator you will have expertise in Hubspot and work closely with business leaders to ensure alignment of sales, marketing and customer success operations across the full customer life cycle to drive growth through operational efficiencies and CRM processes. You will lead the consolidation of go-to-market tech stacks as the business migrates part of the sales funnel (SAL to close) from Salesforce to Hubspot (which is currently be used for top of funnel data). You will configure, customize and own the ongoing use of Hubspot to support all sales and marketing activities. You will implement, configure and customise Hubspot to align with the client’s business objectives. Your role will be key to improving efficiencies of the sales and marketing funnel process to ensure smooth prospect journey with defined and seamless hand-offs between teams, using automation processes where possible. The ideal candidate has Hubspot expertise , likes to design and implement processes, is operationally minded, solution oriented, and has proven success working with cross functional go-to-market partners. You will join an existing Data Analyst and Customer Support team working with this client, remote from the Philippines. In this role you will: Lead the process to consolidate the businesses sales and marketing tech stack; migrate dataand processes seamlessly from Salesforce to Hubspot. The business currently uses Hubspot for top of funnel, Salesforce for SAL through close. Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of HubSpot CRM platform to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. Design, configure and manage automated workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring models, and other marketing automation processes in HubSpot. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop integrated strategies and campaigns that leverage HubSpot capabilities. Provide technical expertise, training, and support to internal stakeholders on HubSpot best practices, tools, and features. Develop process documentation. Monitor system performance, data integrity and user activity to troubleshoot issues, resolve problems and make recommendations and deploy continuous improvements Stay informed about industry trends, updates, and new features in HubSpot and other relevant technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement. *Thejob description above is an overview of the role scope and in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones that team members may be required to complete. About you:
    • Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
    • Fluent in verbal and written English.
    • Must have your own laptop / computer and secure, high speed internet access.
    • 3+ years in a Hubspot implementation and administration role.
    • Expertise in Hubspot CRMis required.
    • Understanding of B2B revenue operations and customer lifecycles.
    • Experience with implementing and training users in new processes and technology.
    • Bonus points: experience in a similar role at a tech start up
      • Location: Work from home - 100% fully remote (from the Philippines)
      • Working hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
      • Working schedule: UK business hours (GMT)
      • Hourly rate: PHP ₱480-510 per hour depending on experience; paid in GBP
