Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance. The Agency Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing a team of agents, achieving sales targets, developing strategies to promote health insurance products, and providing excellent customer service. The role is located in Thiruvananthapuram with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team of agents and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of the health insurance industry and products
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
