• This position involves managing books and accounting for USA based firm. Experience with QuickBooks online is MUST

• Full work knowledge in general ledger accounting.
• Experience of "USA based accounting practices and software" like QuickBooks is MUST
• Computer and software Savvy
• 1 to 3 years of experience in handling accounts / data entry
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Expertise in MIS, Accounts Payable, Receivable and Vendor Management
• Invoice Processing, Validation & Transaction auditing & Balance Sheet reconciliation processes.
• Good excel work exposure and creating excels macros to reduce the time efforts and improve team efficiency.
• Aging analysis reports and cash forecasting reporting
• Co-Ordinator of various audits within organization.
• Bank Reconciliations
• Willing to work in US timezone as needed ( i.e 6pm IST to 2am IST )

• 2 to 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Experience in MIS is a must
• Experience in Software Development Industry
