KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking an experienced IT Manager/ Senior Infrastructure Engineer. Onsite work opportunity. Kindly note you would need to be based in Chennai. Responsibilities
- Manage technology infrastructure and assets at KLD India and coordinate with team to maintain and support company's technology hardware and software.
- Analyze technical needs, requirements, and state of the server, storage and virtualization infrastructure design, integration, and operations.
- Plan, Develop, & Implement new standards relevant to enhance the Data security aspects of the business.
- Understand client requirements for Data Security and Privacy, and ensure these are followed and implemented by operations, monitor these on ongoing basis, and prepare reports for management.
- Maintain awareness of new cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to keep the organization secure.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- 10 - 15 years of overall IT Experience
- Experience in VMware Horizon 8
- Experience in VMware vSphere 6 and above
- Experience in Hyper-V
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and above
- Experience in Active Directory in multidomain environments
- Experience in supporting remote environments
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Focus on continuous improvements
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Azure and Linux experience is a plus
