JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Summer Intern in Advanced Scientific Research and Innovation Training Duration: 3 Months Training Location: Remote/On-site Salary/Stipend: Yes : We are seeking talented and motivated trainees to join our laboratories. The trainees will be assigned their Web Spaces equipped with state-of-the-art cloud-based experiment tools, artificial intelligence, and a world-class personal guidance facility to work alongside experienced scientists and contribute to ongoing research projects. Responsibilities:
- Drug Discovery, Genomics and Transcriptomics
- AI and Deep learning model development
- Use computational and Bioinformatics tools.
- Drug and Vaccine Design using in silico tools.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting, including the interpretation of complex biological and chemical data
- Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date with developments in the field
- Communicate results and findings to the wider team
- Contribute to the development of new computational methods and techniques
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
- Knowledge of molecular modeling and computational chemistry tools such as GROMACS, Autodock, AMBER, OpenMM, Hisat2, Schrödinger, OpenEye, or RDKit
- Familiarity with Google Colab Notebooks, High-performance cloud-based computing, and programming languages such as Python, Perl, or R
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
