Job Title: Sr. Techno Functional Project Manager Location: Remote working Years of Experience Required: 7-9yrs. Job Summary: We are actively seeking results-driven Senior Techno-Functional Project Managers with a strong background in the banking and fintech domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with agile and extreme programming concepts, demonstrating a deep understanding of software development processes. As a key member of our dynamic team, the Technical Project Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering high-impact projects within the specified timelines and budget. Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to technical team members and make sure they are working towards the goals of the project.
- Organize and run Agile Ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospective meetings. Monitor the progress of the sprints by having regular stand-up meetings.
- Report to the stakeholders about how the project is going, including milestones and important numbers, through reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Understand the situation and the client's needs. Communicate effectively in the right way.
- Manage the budget for the project, keep track of spending, and regularly update stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
- Create detailed project plans, figure out how to allocate resources, and make plans to deal with any risks that might come up. This helps make sure the projects are successful.
- Keep a close watch on the overall progress and manage how people are working on the project. If anything is going off course, take quick action to fix it.
- Find and solve any issues or conflicts that come up during the project. Use creative problem-solving to deal with them quickly.
- Be proactive by noticing and flagging any problems that could affect the project negatively.
- Encourage the team to always find ways to improve how they work through meetings where they talk about what went well and what could be better.
- Pay attention to details, especially when it comes to documenting things and understanding what the client wants.
- Make sure everyone understands and is organized around the goals of the project.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in both Agile environments and technical project management.
- Competent in conducting all Scrum ceremonies.
- Proficiency as an Agile Scrum Master and project management.
- Previous involvement in estimating costs and efforts, as well as monitoring project expenses.
- Extensive knowledge of JIRA and other project management tools.
- Have engaged with clients being a single point of contact (SPOC).
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Having PMP & Scrum Certifications is a must.
