Recruitment Lead - Business and NonTech Hiring

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Hiring Recruiters to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, identifying, and hiring exceptional candidates for a variety of exciting leadership and business roles across different companies in India.

• Partner with clients to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including online recruiting platforms, professional networks and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and close deals with top candidates.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and tools.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a business or non-technical field.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-caliber candidates.
• Strong understanding of the business recruitment landscape in India.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
