Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Assistant Social Media Manager to join our dynamic Brand Marketing team. As an Assistant Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our core social channels, creative production, and the day-to-day operations of our social media campaigns. You will work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders to develop content for all owned channels . Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies by leveraging consumer insights and the latest trends in the industry.
- Collaborate with agencies to create social media strategies, media plans, and content calendars for the brands.
- Manage end-to-end planning of social media campaigns, from briefs to final campaign asset creation.
- Use a social analytics tool to monitor and analyse social media data, extracting valuable insights that can be leveraged to optimise upcoming campaigns and for BAU.
- Manage budgets and billing for effective spending to get maximum results.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a social media manager
- In-depth knowledge of social media channels and analytics tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people, both internally and externally
- Ability to think creatively under tight deadlines
- Experience in content creation with a deep understanding of current trends
- A strong passion for content creation, coupled with experience in managing your own content page.
