Data Mining Manager

Job Description: (NOT A SALES POSITION) We are seeking an experienced and analytical Data Mining Analyst to lead our data mining and analysis efforts. The Data Mining Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the extraction, transformation, and interpretation of large volumes of data to uncover valuable insights and trends that support business objectives. This role will involve managing a team of data analysts and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement data mining strategies and methodologies to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
2. Lead a team of data analysts in executing data mining projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
3. Identify and prioritize data mining opportunities based on business objectives and requirements.
4. Utilize advanced data mining techniques and tools to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends in structured and unstructured data.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into data mining initiatives.
6. Interpret and communicate findings from data mining analyses to senior management and other relevant stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data mining technologies and methodologies, and incorporate them into our practices.
8. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and standards in all data mining activities.

• Proven experience in Excel or Data Entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a team.
• Strong data analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office products (Excel, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Employment Type: Contract
• Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension
• Compensation: Given the full-time support required, the projected monthly income ranges from ₹35,000 to ₹45,000.
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, adhering to a night shift to align with US Time Zones (8 AM – 5 PM PST / 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST). Additionally, schedule may be changed contingent upon the role requirement.
• Location: Remote (Work from Home)
• Internet Requirements: A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps is required, with a LAN connection recommended for optimal performance.
