Assistant Operations Manager – UK Healthcare Recruitment Job Description • Train healthcare recruiters from the scratch and guide them to be successful in the business • Track the performance of team members on weekly and monthly basis by preparing & analyzing performance report and taking corrective and preventative actions Skills Required • Minimum 6-7 years of UK healthcare recruitment experience including 2-3 years in leading a large healthcare recruitment team successfully and managing his/her own billing desk • Expertise in UK healthcare recruitment (preferably in Nursing) along with proven track record • Excellent oral and written communication skills Location - Ahmedabad Shift Timings - UK Shift
