Anesthesia Critical Care Specialist Qualification: MD/Diploma Experience: 1 to 2 years Salary: Negotiable Location: Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Critical Care Units: Oversee and coordinate patient care in the ICU, collaborating closely with the ICU team, surgeons, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care for critically ill patients.
- Life Support and Airway Management: Provide life support and manage airways for critically ill patients, ensuring proper ventilation, oxygenation, and hemodynamic stability.
- Emergency Preparedness: Prepare patients for emergency surgery and respond promptly to urgent medical situations, applying critical care expertise to stabilize patients.
- Diagnostic Procedures: Review patients' medical history, order necessary diagnostic procedures, and interpret results to inform patient management decisions and treatment plans.
- Staff Development: Develop and implement staff development and orientation programs to ensure that critical care unit staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality care to patients.
