Experience: 9-13 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in Power & Distribution Transformers, Plant Lightning, LT Motors, HT-LT Power Distribution Systems, PCC, MCC Panels, Starters, DG Set Maintenance, Panel Control Wiring, Sub-Station Operations, LT & HT Breakers, Protection Relays, and Earthing Systems.
- Conduct power load calculations, feasibility studies, and energy balance assessments.
- Execute maintenance activities for all electrical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical technicians and engineers.
- Coordinate work schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with government authorities' regulations and standards.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Plan and execute pre-monsoon electrical shutdown activities effectively.
- Identify opportunities for energy conservation projects and cost optimization measures.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
