Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify and prioritise target accounts, and develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competition
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs
  • Negotiate and close deals, and manage ongoing relationships with customers to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to continually improve the effectiveness of sales efforts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies, with a focus on driving revenue growth
  • Experience in identifying and prioritising target accounts, developing relationships with key decision makers and influencers, and closing deals
  • Strong understanding of sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales automation platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics to continually improve effectiveness
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the EdTech industry
