Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant at World On A Plate located in Bengaluru. The Food and Beverage Assistant will perform daily tasks such as Food & Beverage , Handling complaints , Providing customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the establishment & ensuring complete customer happiness. He or she will be reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager & will be trained to become team leader in the future. Qualifications
- Experience in food service
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
