This unique role combines psychological expertise ensuring our clients are fully engaged and achieving their health and fitness goals with the right mindset. You will guide them through psychological barriers to a healthier lifestyle, functioning as their mentor. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate their commitment and progress towards personal health goals.
- Utilize psychological principles to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of client retention.
- Proactively assess client needs and collaborate with fitness and nutrition experts to adjust plans for maximum effectiveness.
- Champion the client’s voice within the organization, providing feedback to enhance our services.
- Engage Personally : Connect deeply with each client, understanding their psychological triggers and barriers, to tailor a path that supports their mental well-being alongside their fitness goals.
- Craft Custom Experiences : Use your insight to adapt our services to fit the unique needs of individuals, making each client's experience both personal and empowering.
- Drive Change : Help clients achieve their fitness goals and foster lasting changes that improve their overall quality of life.
- Collaborate Creatively : Work alongside a team of fitness and nutrition experts to integrate comprehensive wellness strategies that reinforce the physical and mental growth of our clients.
- A degree in Psychology, preferably with experience in counselling, therapy, or related fields.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client progress and adapt strategies accordingly.
