Drive the entire Sales Team in attaining annual Sales Targets and Objectives Develop and Maintain an Account Management/ Tracking system for Project Engineers Develop a Nationwide Dealer Distribution Network Reinforce existing accounts and maximize market Share Lead Sales Team in Acquiring New Accounts, rationalize distribution Manage Timely collection efforts and hit collection targets Lead Preparation and periodic review of Sales Forecasts Consolidate competitor tactics and recommend countermeasures Recommend Price Structure and Draft Distribution Agreements Qualifications: Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering course is required. At least 10 years of Management experience in the Hardware, Construction Supply, or Utilities. With significant selling experiences in the electrical industry in ANY of the following areas:
- Power generation/distribution/utility companies
- Electrical Designers/Consultants/Contractors
- Building Project owners/developers/managers
- Electrical Hardwares
