Manager - Business Analytics (Procure to Pay)

The Strategic Procurement department is part of our Finance Shared Services team. The Finance Shared Services team provides customer service support to field operations located throughout the United States and in global locations such as Canada, India, and Australia. The Shared Services team is located in Tacoma, WA, Chicago, IL and Gurgaon, India. The Manager - Business Analytics (Procure to Pay) gathers data and analyzes key business metrics to drive strategic results in contracts management, enterprise purchasing, cost savings management, and supplier management. This position communicates analyses, proposed improvements, or other key findings to stakeholders in the business to drive action and results against stated goals.2 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct category assessments, data analytics & research to find opportunities of scale
• Tracks purchases and organizational spending, monitors vendor quality, and maintains a current database of vendor information with national suppliers.
• Identify contract renewals and cost management opportunities or initiatives
• Assist with developing business cases, gathering business operating requirements, resources requirements, and supplier ROI analysis to prioritize and onboard projects
• Summarize data and assessments into recommendations for business leader approval
• Establish key internal business relationships with departmental customers
• Guide the selection, development, and management of suppliers to meet enterprise cost management and strategic initiatives goals.
• Track and help maintain organizational spending compliance with national suppliers
• Identify contract renewals and cost management opportunities or initiatives
• Assist with project management for selected projects
• Create recurring business reports for the management team and various business segment partners to understand performance and present valuable actionable insights
• Develop and maintain rolling dashboards, trend analyses, models, and visualizations that track days payable outstanding, weighted average days, and category spend
• Compile, analyze, and present observations, explain identified anomalies, and highlight corrective or optimization opportunities
• Create and produce KPIs that establish and track success and performance metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• 5+ years of experience analyzing data, creating dashboards, and graphical visualizations, analyzing volume metrics and financial reports
• Five or more years of experience working Tier 1 ERP systems (Oracle On-Premise/Oracle Cloud preferred)
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
• Critical thinker with resourcefulness and ability to devise and create and communicate timely solutions to medium-to-complex problems.
• Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and solve problems.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, SQL PowerPoint, Visio, or analytical tools and databases

• MBA or CFA
• Familiarity with Purchase to Pay operations (Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Payments)
