As Brand Manager you will lead and inspire teams across the business to flawlessly execute our brand in pursuit of Superbrand status.

- Setting the standards and guidelines across the broader Primark business to ensure the delivery of high quality design excellence and consistent brand communications across all channels
- Supporting and running a weekly Brand Clinic meeting to provide clear and consistent brand feedback on creative work across all markets and all channels
- Ensuring a clear, connected and coherent brand expression that consistently delivers our brand world across all channels
- Providing brand design and creative support for all relevant stakeholders
- Developing design guidelines and templates, monitoring and reviewing their application across the business
- Ensuring all support materials uphold the brand position, giving colleagues the right resources
- Developing consistent master brand assets, ensuring the same core personality and values are visible
- Ensuring design is delivered to the highest standard and quality business-wide
- Ensure we are clear on how the Primark brand looks, thinks and speaks
- Managing agency resources and collaborating with the business
- Ensuring the running and upkeep of our Digital Brand Asset Management Site
- Experience managing design teams in either corporate or agency environments (5 years minimum)
- Direct experience of developing/evolving master brand systems and expression
- Experience translating design into channel delivery (communication, packaging, store, etc)
- Working remotely with colleagues across multiple markets
- Likes problem solving - asks “the why” behind “the how”
- Ability to put systems and processes in place within a matrix
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by management.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and team and work within agreed timescales.
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
- Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills, while demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence and possess the ability to push back with professionalism. Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
