Outdoor Activity Co-ordinator

The Outdoor Activity Coordinator will be directly responsible for introducing guests to Nature’s playground here at Finn Lough. They will work directly with the Front desk team and the Sales team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.You will also have the opportunity to design, test and deliver new and exciting experiences for resort guests, groups and corporates. Using the forest, lake, islands, pedal kayaks, e-foils, paddleboards, mountain bikes and boats to create immersive and enjoyable experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining all the equipment to ensure optimal performance. Monitor and check all equipment for damage and ensure everything is maintained to the highest standard.The Activity Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the safety and suitability of procedures and equipment involved in all activities and to ensure guest safety at all times. There will be other responsibilities depending on the needs of the business which include assisting with guest orientation, covering of Bubble Domes during warm periods, assisting at Shoreline Spa, setting up for yoga and other duties as required during the Summer Season.- Minimum of 32 hours a week (5 days)- The shift times will weekends and some evenings (they will vary based on the needs of the business)- Uniform provide- Meals on shift provided- Accommodation may be provided as part of the package (depending on contract) The ideal Candidate:- Enthusiastic and Full of Energy- Loves the Outdoors- Enjoys creating unique experiences- An activity skill/qualification is desirable such a as kayaking certification, life guard or other (not essential)- At least one year experience working in outdoor activities or similar area
