Overview: We are seeking QA Automation Engineer at Appricus IT Solutions , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and implement automated test scripts, as well as perform manual testing when necessary. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality assurance, has strong technical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Job Title – QA Automation Location – Remote Preferred Candidate's Location - Delhi NCR Company – Appricus IT Solutions Job Type – Full Time Salary – 3 – 5 LPA   Key Responsibilities · Designing and implementing test plans and strategies for automation · Writing and maintaining automated tests using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber · Debugging and troubleshooting issues that arise in testing · Collaborating with developers to ensure that defects are properly identified and resolved · Staying up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies · Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to team members · Mentoring junior testers and contributing to the growth and development of the testing team. · Participating in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance · Working with project managers to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time · Providing technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.  Desired Skills · Technical Skills – Require programming skills to write computer code and scripts in common computer languages, such as Javascript, Python. · Analytical skills – Analytically examine bug reports, prioritize necessary tests, and streamline application functions through automated testing processes. · Communication skills – Strong verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the engineering team and create testing plans and written reports showing errors · Automation testing tools: Selenium, Node.js · Mobile automation testing tools for Android, iOS, and cross-platform ones · API testing tools that require strong coding skills to create tests: REST Assured, RestSharp, jMeter, etc.; · Continuous Integration tools - Jenkins, Bit bucket, Github • JIRA – Defect tracking and task creation tool.   Qualification · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. · 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing · Strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows · In-depth understanding of Java, Python, SQL, C++ and XML · Exceptional attention to details. · Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
