The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. Responsibilities

  • SEM Marketing Campaigns: A hands on experience in SEM Marketing with Ad Testing and Optimization, Bid Management, Campaign Setup, Conversion Tracking and Performance Reporting
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEM, SEO, PPC, and SMM (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube). Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Corporate Branding and Public Relations: Develop and maintain the corporate brand image and manage public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Advertising & Marketing Strategy: Propose and execute advertising and marketing strategies across various channels including digital, print, and events. Coordinate with advertising agencies, media outlets, PR firms, production houses, and event planners.
  • Creative Development: Evaluate and provide recommendations for the design, development, and maintenance of digital marketing creatives. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Customer Communication: Gather, research, and prepare communication materials for customer outreach campaigns via WhatsApp and email. Ensure timely and relevant communication to engage customers effectively.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and expand the prospect pool to support the sales team and drive business growth.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of competitor marketing strategies across different mediums. Use insights to inform and refine marketing approaches.
  • Content Creation: Draft and deliver marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, newsletters, emailers, artworks, and WhatsApp messages. Ensure content is compelling, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Surveys and Case Studies : Plan and execute surveys, and engage with students or inquiries for case studies to identify areas for process and system improvements.
  • Marketing Planning and Budgeting : Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and budget. Analyze marketing objectives and ROI to optimize resource allocation.
  • Website and Mobile App Management: Oversee the redevelopment and maintenance of the corporate website and mobile app. Ensure a seamless user experience and alignment with marketing goals.
Qualifications
  • Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns (If in the Education industry will be an advantage)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing,and social media marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills and Exceptional ability to manage details
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused & process oriented
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Familiar with financial planning and strategy
  • Management and measurement tools (e.g. Adwords, GoogleAnalytics, Search console, Semrush etc)
  • Strong working knowledge of email marketing applications (e.g.Mail chimp, Mautic)
