Emeritus India is hiring a Global Industry Leader in Information Technology (IT) in collaboration with Asian Institute of Management, Philippines. About Global Industry Leader: The Global Industry Leader is a subject matter expert who carries international experience that shapes students' understanding and guides students through their learning journey. Candidates must have industry experience, demonstrated knowledge of the Programme subject area, strong interpersonal skills, and previous experience in teaching, mentoring or any other instructional role. The Global Leader will be hired to run a master class on any 1/more topic/s of their expertise mentioned below from the 28-week online Programme: - Digital Leadership and Strategy - Agile Evolution - Innovation and Emerging Technologies - Operations and Performance Management - Governance and Risk Management for Technology Leaders Responsibilities of the Global Industry Leader include but are not limited to:

• Session Planning and Material Creation : Responsible for planning, creating materials, and delivering live sessions.
• Content Delivery : Provide content, such as slides, for sessions at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Assessment Creation : Develop multiple-choice question quizzes to evaluate participants' understanding of the session.
• Session Readiness : Indicate readiness to conduct each session at least one hour before the start time and join the session at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong IT Leadership : Demonstrated experience in senior IT leadership roles, particularly as a CIO.
• Advanced Education : MBA or equivalent degree from a reputable university in a relevant field.
• Public Speaking Proficiency : Proven track record of conducting engaging speaking engagements, preferably in online settings.
• Exceptional Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, fostering collaboration with a diverse audience.
• Interpersonal Skills : Capable of active listening, providing thoughtful responses, and maintaining a comfortable environment in collaborative settings.
