  • Demonstrated success in business development within the B2B sector with a preference for experience in the Tech Services or Staffing industries.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and attract potential clients.
  • Proficient in setting up meetings with prospective clients and maintaining engagement throughout the client acquisition process.
  • Consistently maintains client engagement from initial contact to the successful completion of the search.(B2B sales Lifecycle).
  • Utilizes various communication channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, etc., to reach out to clients, establish connections, and foster ongoing relationships.
  • Collaborates with the team to analyze market trends and devises innovative strategies to attract new clients.

Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience as a client success executive/business development executive
  • Master's degree is Mandatory
