- Demonstrated success in business development within the B2B sector with a preference for experience in the Tech Services or Staffing industries.
- Proven ability to generate leads and attract potential clients.
- Proficient in setting up meetings with prospective clients and maintaining engagement throughout the client acquisition process.
- Consistently maintains client engagement from initial contact to the successful completion of the search.(B2B sales Lifecycle).
- Utilizes various communication channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, etc., to reach out to clients, establish connections, and foster ongoing relationships.
- Collaborates with the team to analyze market trends and devises innovative strategies to attract new clients.
- Strong english communication (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proactive and self driven
- Lead Generation /Demand generation
- Performance oriented
- 0-2 years of experience as a client success executive/business development executive
- Master's degree is Mandatory
