In your new role you will:

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for self-contained improvement in responsible package line.
2. Ensure KPIs are met, especially on FAR, Yield, and DDM.
3. Initiate monitoring, improving, analyzing, and controlling processes and materials.
4. Establish, review, and maintain documentation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Requirements:

1. More than 5 years of related experience in Semiconductor Engineering (an added advantage).
2. Ability to coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work frequently.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to take on challenges and work under pressure.
