In your new role you will:
Responsibilities:- Responsible for self-contained improvement in responsible package line.
- Ensure KPIs are met, especially on FAR, Yield, and DDM.
- Initiate monitoring, improving, analyzing, and controlling processes and materials.
- Establish, review, and maintain documentation.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Requirements:- More than 5 years of related experience in Semiconductor Engineering (an added advantage).
- Ability to coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work frequently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to take on challenges and work under pressure.
