Job Purpose: This role is responsible for creating product roadmap, develop and prioritize features and guide product development for Unsecured Personal Loan product to ensure best in class user experience and risk management. The role will lead the cross functional teams of Analytics, Credit, Fintech, IT, and other depts to build and scale the Open Market Personal Loan product. Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding target users and defining product goals
- Build and improve best in class Pre-Qualified user journey for target customers
- Build and improve user support tools for Call Centre and led sales for Pre-Qualified segment
- Continuous monitoring of potential API based solutions (Karza, Protean, Perfios etc) in the market for improving Open Market Personal Loan product. Developing relationships / tie-ups with vendors and various alliances for building End to End Lending capabilities through Digital Medium
- Requirement gathering and product definition of other segments such as Salaried, Self Employed etc
- Create Self sourcing application platform with seamless customer onboarding along with capabilities of partner and ecosystem integration.
- Conceptualize, construct and design process flow for programs. Develop system requirements & partner integration. Running POC & driving success metrics.
- Co-ordinating for UAT, Production Release and Sign offs from relevant stakeholders
- MBA / Postgraduate
- 8+ Years experience preferably having exp in Ecommerce / Digital Lending / Payment Product Space / Banking
- Customer centric approach / Understanding of User Experience / User Interface
- Project Management /Product Development / Business Strategy
- Understanding of Regulatory and Fraud risks
- Collaboration, Data Driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and Negotiation skills
