Delivery Manager_MEP

Job Description We are looking for Delivery Manager_MEP professional with good level of BIM Management and coordination experience to take on full responsibilities & manage BIM projects. Position: Delivery Manager - BIM_MEP Experience : 10+ years Job Location: Pune Qualification: BE (Mechanical / Electrical) Required Skills & Experience:

• Good communication skills & collaboration skills for BIM projects.
• Well versed with different common data environments & BIM collaboration platforms like BIM 360, Citrix, Revit server, remote desktops etc.
• Well versed with collaboration tools like Blue Beam & communication tools like Go To Meeting, MS Teams, Zoom etc.
• The candidate should be well versed with LOD 400 shop drawing level modeling including modeling for digital fabrication mainly in Revit & other BIM platforms. He / She should be aware of MEP systems generally adopted in different building projects like Commercial, Residential, Mixed-use complex, Healthcare, Hospitality etc.
• Navisworks Coordination & BIM Documentation (Shop / Fabrication Drawings).
• Revit Fabrication modeling including spool drawings for Digital Fabrication, Facility / Asset management (COBie) , LOD 400 Content creation.
• Exposure to multi-disciplinary environment, coordination of MEP work is preferred.
• Should have good visualization skills and ability to work on projects of complex nature.
• Good to have prior experience of working on international projects.
• Manage the implementation of supporting software for BIM.
• Support project standards and coordination with customers.
• Assist project teams in BIM project setup.
• Manage project work - modeling and detailing.
• Help resolve BIM design issues.
• Create, Upgrade and Deployment strategies for the BIM implementation effort.
• Provide technical orientation to New Hires regarding BIM tools.

• Working on Multiple Projects along with timely delivery and quality.
• Daily project task allocation & management.
• Team Leadership.
• Tracking Team Training & Competency.
• Study the project Specification & other technical documents.
• Prepare Effort Estimation & List of Deliverables to be produced.
• Input data review & prepare RFIs for insufficient data etc.
• Reviewing MH estimation for Designing as well as BIM Detailing.
• Coordination of services with all other trade services such as Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection etc.
• Participate in Team meetings & Client meetings.
• Review & QAQC of project Deliverables.
• Relationship with customer to enhance the work.
