Head of International Expansion Location: Mumbai, with frequent travel to various countries. Our clients include Amazon, Amex, HDFC Bank, RCBC, BPI, PhonePe, Unilever, Xendit, Paypal etc. We operate in 10 countries across Asia and the Middle East and onboard more than 60m users every month. We are looking for… The Head of International Expansion at IDfy plays a pivotal role in driving our global growth strategy. This position requires a specialist in go-to-market strategies, particularly adept at navigating the journey from product-market fit to initial market penetration (0 to 1). The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with IDfy's product and tech teams to launch our products in new countries, securing the first few critical customers and driving early adoption. Responsibilities: ● Lead the go-to-market strategy for IDfy's expansion into new countries, from product conceptualization to market launch ● Collaborate with the product and tech teams to develop the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) tailored to each target market's requirements ● Identify and prioritize enterprise clients for initial engagement, leveraging industry expertise and market insights ● Facilitate pilot programs with early adopter clients, gathering feedback and iterating on product enhancements ● Drive customer acquisition by establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers ● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales plans to support market entry and customer acquisition goals ● Provide strategic guidance to regional teams on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements ● Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of market expansion initiatives and identify areas for optimization Qualifications: ● Exceptional Analytical skills, Problem Solving abilities, and willingness to start from a blank sheet of paper ● Heavy bias for action and willingness to learn by failing fast ● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams ● Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders of our client or prospect ● Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business environments and drive results in dynamic, rapidly evolving markets ● Willingness to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Why IDfy?
