Website : Location : Whitefield, Bangalore (On-Site - Work from office only) Role : Automation Test Engineer Responsibility:
- Automation framework design and implementation according to project structure.
- Exploring and Implementing cost effective ways to automate systems
- Selection or identification of test cases for automation from existing DVP
- Organizing, monitoring defect management process and conducting regression tests
- Review and recommend improvements in existing test procedures
- Interact with test engineers to understand and automate all manual and developmental tests
- Develop methods and ways to bring system level test procedures to component stage testing
- Develop tools to centralize data collection, and performed automated analysis and generate reports
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering, Computer engineering or similar field
- Solid understanding of Software tools (LabVIEW, Vector, Python)
- Solid understanding of instrumentation fundamentals, automation platforms and instrument interfaces
- Proficiency in maintaining automation equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system automation
- Strong Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, Creative and Analytical thinking Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate well with other members of the development team
- Ability to keep up with the latest technologies and desire to continually upgrade technical knowledge
