Role: Oracle ERP HCM Techno Functional Consultants Must Skill: OAF, HRMS Technical NP: Immediate Onsite Travel is Must (Qatar) Years of Exp: 5 - 7 years Oracle HCM Technical with OAF (Must) Minimum 5 to 7 years of Experience Should have experience in minimum 3 + Oracle Implementation and Support Projects Experience working with and integrating with third-party applications. Provide functional validation and support & end user training. Demonstrate good business judgment when evaluating requirements. Assess the impact of potential changes and solutions to mitigate negative outcomes. Implementation Knowledge on Oracle Application R12.1.3+ Knowledge in Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) and Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) Responsibilities: - Design and extremely implement user friendly and high performing application solutions using J2EE & Oracle ADF based architecture. Analysis & creation of business models, logical specifications and detailed design solutions based on business requirements. Quickly and professionally create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors. Design, implement, and unit test UI and business layer using ADF Faces and Task flows. Collaborate with onshore and offshore developers and architects to carry out the project requirements and deliverables on time with quality in an Agile delivery mode. Support troubleshooting and resolution of defects and production issues. FIN, SCM and HRMS Functional Knowledge: - Oracle E-Business Suite Project Skills Conduct requirement analysis, business process alignment, and develop feasibility studies Design & implement Integration Architecture Design & implementation of To-Be solution for impacted systems. Functional End to End testing for Internal implementations Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) To perform testing and Production Support activities in Application enhancement, assisting users in fixing the issues, Issue resolution. Strong Functional implementations Knowledge in Oracle HRMS Modules Shared Module Knowledge in HRMS, Projects Modules and AOL Business Users Training. Design the EBS Open Interface with 3rd party Applications. Data Migration: WebAdi , Data loader Writing the payroll Fast formulas"
