Job details
1. Training the aspirants on an integrated module (++ MS Office + Basic Mathematics + Soft skills + Work readiness – all modules will be readily available and should be taught, through sign Language in case of Persons with SHI with the help of subject trainer 2. Participate in pre and post counselling of aspirants, using sign language in case of Persons with SHI along with Area Head/Centre coordinator 3. Support the centre in conducting assessments of the aspirants, again using sign language in case of Persons with SHI 4. Publishing the entire Training plan / calendar of the centre 5. Networking with guest lecturers / industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector readiness module / Sensitize employers towards employing PwDs 6. Handholding aspirants at the work place (for a short duration) after placement 7. Build capacity of the centre staff in communicating with SHI Persons
