Practice development associate

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Practice Development Associate. As a Practice Development Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to connect lawyers with potential clients. You will also be involved in communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions. Eligibility Law graduates with PQE of 1-2 years in law practice development roles. Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Analytical Skills and Research: Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze data, and the ability to conduct research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Social media savviness, creativity and familiarity with algorithms and trends is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience in the legal industry or familiarity with the Indian legal system would be beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Law.
