Job Description: Piano Teacher Location: India (Remote/Online) Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and passionate  Piano Teacher to join our team and provide  online piano classes to students of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in piano education and be capable of conducting engaging and effective virtual lessons using online communication platforms. Proficiency in the English language is essential for effective communication with students. Qualifications *Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Performance, or a related field. *Proven experience as a piano teacher, with a preference for candidates with online teaching experience. *Proficiency in virtual teaching tools and communication platforms for online classes. *Exceptional piano skills demonstrated through auditions, recordings, or performances. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students. *Patient, understanding, and encouraging behaviour to foster a positive learning environment. *Ability to tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. *Highly organized with excellent time management skills, to handle multiple students and schedules effectively. *Proficient in the English language for effective communication with students. Roles & Responsibilities *Teachers should feel comfortable teaching students the Trinity and/or ABRSM syllabuses. *Conduct virtual one-on-one and group piano lessons using online communication platforms. *Develop customized lesson plans based on students' skill levels, goals, and preferences. *Teach fundamental piano techniques, music theory, and performance skills. *Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to motivate students' musical growth. *Organize virtual recitals, performances, and ensemble activities to showcase students' progress. *Stay updated with the latest trends in piano education and integrate innovative teaching methods. *Maintain accurate records of students' progress, attendance, and lesson schedules.
