The Role We are seeking an experienced, driven and dynamic Director of Partnerships to join one of the world’s fastest-growing Commerce Data businesses - Audience Logic. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of international sales success and building/managing successful partnerships at a global, regional and local level with major Marketing Technology, Media, Advertising and Data clients/partners. The Director of Partnerships will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and executing strategic and commercial partnerships that align with the company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritise and formulate/execute regional go-to-market strategies for a data business across key client and partner segments in the marketing ecosystem
  • Forge long-term, innovative and commercially-focused strategic relationships with major advertisers, agencies, publishers, platforms and data companies
  • Own and drive the sales pipeline with an agile, can-do mindset that energises and drives teams forward to execute with velocity and deliver sales/partner success repeatedly
  • Consult with global/regional clients and technology/data partners to uncover business needs/opportunities and establish strategic/commercial partnerships that drive outperform growth
  • Drive a strategic relationship with senior stakeholders at existing/new Commerce Data distribution partnerships i.e.. SSPs/DSPs/Data Marketplaces, so that Audience Logic’s class-leading data segments are achieving optimal levels of visibility, buyer awareness, preference and sell-through across all categories and use cases
  • Educate and inform senior leadership at marketing platforms (DSPs/SSPs), Data Marketplaces, Advertisers, Agencies and prospects on new and existing data assets, insights, audience targeting/measurement capabilities, and custom solutions
  • Anticipate client requirements and industry trends to determine how to package products and build solutions to meet client needs to grow their relationship with Audience Logic
  • Be the client’s go-to thought leader on data solutions and strategy. Help the client with data quality best practices and address gaps/opportunities
  • Provide voice of customer and partner feedback to internal stakeholders to help continuously evolve and improve Audience Logic’s products and solutions
Attributes of a Successful Candidate
  • Extensive experience in sales, and associated network across, pan-regional/global partner segments in the marketing/ad tech/publisher/data ecosystem
  • Exceptional background and understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem/ad tech environment and the application of best-in-class data solutions to power successful outcomes for advertisers, agencies, publishers, and platforms
  • A resilient, self-directed, and confident business leader who can effectively navigate large companies to reach key decision makers and drive major business partnerships and impact
  • An exceptional sales leader who effectively manages external and internal stakeholder relationships, activities and revenue tracking to deliver on both strategic and commercial goals
  • Exceptional track record in effectively positioning data products and solutions, leveraging data to drive high-impact and actionable insights, creating meaningful meeting content and delivering impactful sales pitches to new and existing clients and partners.
  • Experience selling to major advertisers, ad agencies, publishers and working with DSPs and SSPs on campaign activation across channels.
  • Motivated, curious and creative team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations
Required experience with the following:
  • Minimum 5-10 years experience working across international markets and Regional and Global clients/partners
  • Highly driven and proactive, with strong entrepreneurial interests
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to generate data-informed decisions from self-conducted research
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a Business/Economics background
