  • Manage all phases of accounting, including financial statement preparation, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Manage end-to-end AR/AP process flow, accounting and reconciliation for client accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and direct end-to-end client and stakeholder management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and data manipulation.
  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • The role will require a mix of individual contribution and team management, with approximately 80-90% as an individual contributor and 10-20% focusing on team management.
  • Team management responsibility involves allocating and reviewing the team’s work, conducting performance discussions, and directing the team on projects and delivery.
  • Design solutions to address client objectives, rooted in a clear understanding of the client and business context driving client opportunities and challenges.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work, with flexibility in office timings.
  • Be available for client and team meetings and accommodate late-evening calls with international clients as needed.
Qualifications:
  • CA/ CPA/ ACCA/ Semi-Qualified CA with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in accounting, financial planning, and client and team management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidates with a strong grasp of cloud-based accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Zoho, etc., will be given preference.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with flexibility in office attendance.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and client management skills, coupled with hands-on experience in problem-solving.
Workplace Type: Hybrid - 2 days weekly in the office, remaining days working from home. Office Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi Office Timings: Flexible, open Mondays to Fridays. Salary Range: 5.5 to 9 LPA
