About the Job: We are searching for a Claim processing and wants to make a real impact on the DPO. Responsibilities include:
- Strong operational, customer relationship & people management skill with experience of handling delivery of projects with minimum of 150 employees.
- Experience in US Healthcare Payor operation.
- Working & Team handling Experience in claim adjudication/ Payment integrity/Enrollment
- 10-12 years of experience in managing teams and minimum of overall delivery SLA management.
- Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment with a sense of urgency, and to develop and deploy changes positively
- Demonstrated analysis and problem solving abilities
- This role will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and strategizing.
- The ability to multitask and self-manage workday is crucial
- Excellent interpersonal skills; team oriented and strong consensus building
