Data Solution Architect-Presales ( Any offshore location)

Role: Pre-Sales Data Sales Solution Leader – Data & Analytics Job Location: India (Flexible for location within India) Job Summary: PreSales Solution Architect who can play an instrumental role in driving solutions, RFP responses within Data & Analytics space. Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare Solution Response for RFP, RFQ (Own End to End Solution Story) in Data & Analytics
• Prepare Proactive Proposal for specific persons (CIO/LOB Heads) on how to modernize there existing D&A platform like “Data Mesh based Cloud Platform”, “Taxonomy Approach for Loans, Deposits.”
• Run Orals for Defense (RFP/RFQ/) Presentations remotely and in-person (Need to make International & Local Travels as needed)
• Prepare Knowledge Base (Documentations on Current Landscape, Technology Arch, ITSM Challenges, Client Priorities)
• Analyze Client Strategy & Initiatives for Current Year and Next 3 Years and based on that prepare contextual solution response, Roadmap (Journey) with Thought Leadership
• Work with Practice Units (6 Monthly Prioritization for COE on what kind of assets needs to be build to differentiate ourself), Take Practice Unit help for overall Client Contetual Solution Building
• Leverage Other Solution teams (Cross Solution Team Collaboration as needed)
• Build Demos (Code as needed or own to build demoable solution by leveraging Developers)

Skills: Must have 15+ Experience in Architecting Data & Analytics Platforms like Cloud/ Big Data / EDW’s

• Must have 8+ Years of Experience in Pre-Sales Solutioning in Banking ( RFP/RFQ Lifecycle Management, Proposal Submissions, C Level Orals)
• Must have 5+ years in Data Governance Solutions (Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Catalogue)
• Must have 5+ solution experience in Reporting/Visulization Platform Modernization (Canned, Self Service and Real Time Reporting)
• Must have 3+ Experience in Cloud Migration Solution Proposals includes Migration Strategy, FinOps, Cloud Governance
• Must Have strong understanding of Banking Regulations & their applicability for Data & Analytics Platforms
• Must have 8+ years’ Experience with Relational Databases like Oracle, NoSQL Databases and/or Big Data technologies (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, Spark, Hadoop, other Open Source).
• Must have experience in Data Security Solutions (Identity and Access Management and Data Security Access Management)
• Must have 3+ years’ experience of DevOps (CI/CD) Certifications
• Minimum: At least One Certification of AWS or GCP or Azure
• Good to have knowledge of Banking data modeling.
• Must have experience with SLCD (Agile/Waterfall). Drive the architecture of a project, including authoring functional and design specifications, scalability, testing, quality data flow, and interface.
• Ability to Lead and Manage team and Interact with End users clients.
• Worked in Onsite/ Offshore model.
• Demonstrated excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project governance and enterprise customer management
