- Understanding the given requirements and prioritizing the implementation schedule.
- Building Custom integration based on the given requirements for various CRM’s and ERP’s.
- Take ownership of the given project and deliver it in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate technical concepts to others across all levels of the business.
- Clear and effective communication across all mediums (e.g. email, conference calls, in person, written documentation, etc.)
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to work closely with Team members
- 2-5 years of relevant experience as an Implementation Engineer
- Hands on SQL or PL/SQL.
- Basic understanding of CRM (Like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Java or JavaScript but not mandatory.
- Very Good communication skills.
