Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant - Payroll

Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant - Fast formula on Payroll Job Location: Hyderabad / Remote Experience: 6+Yrs Requirement:

• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Fast formulas (Payroll, Absence, and OTL modules) and HCM extracts with 4 years in cloud
• Proficiency in Oracle Technical aspects: Excellent working experience in Fast Formulas(Mainly Payroll, Absence and OTL modules) and HCM Extracts. BI Reports and Data Conversion knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience with 4 years in cloud Technical areas of fast formula and HCM extracts.
• Basic functional knowledge of HCM modules(Payroll, Absence and OTL) is required.
• Analyze As-Is Processes and craft the optimized To-Be Processes
• Would be responsible for liaising with Business & IT teams for Functional/Technical specifications, Execute SIT, Support UAT testing & Training of Business and Core Users
• Understanding of software development methodologies, development processes, change management, and deployment procedures
• Ability to analyse, understand, trouble shoot and effectively communicate details to end users
• Knowledge of the underlying Oracle tables, integration points and technology processes are critical to success in this role.
• Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/MS
