Job Title: Entry Level Recruitment Consultant Experience: 0–6 months (only) Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in business development activities such as identifying potential clients, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and understanding their recruitment needs.
  • Collaborating with senior recruitment consultants to develop effective recruitment strategies and optimize candidate pipelines.
  • Conducting research to identify potential candidates for open positions across various industries and geographies, with a focus on APAC, Europe, and the UK.
  • Sourcing candidates through online job portals, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Assisting with the coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling and logistical support.
  • Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Contributing to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and ongoing training initiatives to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 0-6 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field, with a strong interest in international recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and online recruitment tools.
  • A reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate different time zones.
