KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and making job offers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and the Organization.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, Subject Matter Expertise, and cultural fitment.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, to evaluate candidates' skills and abilities.
- Prioritize volume hiring while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system( preferably hands-on experience with ATS).
- Provide regular updates to the Team Manager on recruitment metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in bulk hiring, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably in the education sector(Ed-tech).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Prior experience with freelance or remote recruitment is a plus.
