• Planning and implementing all phases of testing including Requirement analysis, Test Strategy planning, estimation, implementation, execution, reporting and coordination with stakeholders • Extensive experience in coordinating testing efforts, responsible for test deliverables, status reporting to management and multi-tasking • Worked on Cloud Computing technologies like Microsoft Azure, AWS • Worked on various Operating Systems (Windows, RHEL, AIX, Solaris, HP-UX, CentOS, OEL) and Virtualization technologies (Linux Virtualization, Solaris Containers, AIX Micro partitioning, Power Virtualization)• Experience of working on Local and Remote Infrastructure Monitoring • Complete E2E testing of SaaS based projects and micro service-based architecture • Proficient in Complete E2E testing including Functional, Integration, Regression, System, Performance, Scalability and Reliability testing on various Unix and windows platform • Automated testcases using SOAP UI, Python and Robot Framework • Review and preparation of test cases using Rally, TestTrack(Helix ALM)• Knowledge of defect management tools like, Test Track, JIRA • Tested REST APIs using Postman • Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycles • Assisted Project Managers with creation of release testing metrics • Creation of test environments • Clearly and accurately report defects found during user acceptance testing and contributing to find root cause analysis • Delivered quality patches in critical customer cases • Provide support training and demos to the stakeholders • Conducted as well as participated in Brain Storming sessions • Mentoring and coaching junior/new resources • Ability to communicate proficiently with strong problem solving and analytical skills ========= We’re proud to be recognised by Great Place to Work® and ET Now for our outstanding workplace culture that values innovation, embraces diversity, and fosters an empowering workplace.
