As a Part-Time Telugu Tutor at Masterit.co, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and empowering our students to develop their Telugu language skills. You will work with learners of various ages and backgrounds, providing personalized instruction to help them achieve their language learning objectives. Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one or small group Telugu lessons, tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of each student. Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials that align with our curriculum and the specific goals of each student. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and adapt teaching strategies as needed. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Keep accurate records of student attendance and performance. Qualifications Fluent in Telugu with excellent proficiency in grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary. Previous experience as a Telugu tutor or language teacher is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching. Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate student schedules.
