Sales Executive Smart Card US Market Remote

Our client is a US based company looking to recruit South African sales talent this is a remote work from home post calling into the US. Our client is the leading specialist in smart cards card readers and printers. With over 20 years experience they are dedicated to providing their customers with the best products and superior services. We are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Executive with a solid sales background. Responsibilities

• M anagement of the Sales team (the role would include overseeing the junior staff as well as making direct sales)
• Develop and promote new business with the sales team
• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• R each out to customer leads through both hot and cold sales/calling and oversee team to do the same
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Keep abreast of best practices and trends product research and training staff
• Followup and managing of the fulfillment process and the production team to ensure that the correct goods are delivered on time to the customer
• W ork directly with the production teams in the UK US and China.
• Follow up on other leads that are generated through the website or leads

Due to the time zone the estimated normal working hours will be Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm SA time or 4pm to 12 midnight depending on daylight savings this equates to: 7am US Eastern time to 3pm US Eastern time (8am US Eastern time to 4pm US Eastern time) 4am US Pacific time to 12noon US Pacific time (5am US Pacific time to 1pm US Eastern time) Role Own laptop fast internet and fail proof electricity connection is required (generator/inverter etc.) Direct client calls will be made to the US via Skype and conference calls online. Most sales will be emaildriven however constant internet connection must be guaranteed (regardless of Eskom).

Requirements

Proven work experience as a sales manager CRM experience and sales process management Strong sales experience in some kind of technical sales role Business development experience Experience in training staff Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling negotiation and communication skills Prioritizing time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Proficient in the English language and neutral accent Technical

• General technical skills and aptitude are required.
• S ales staff must be able to do their own product research and learn the necessary technical jargon and information needed to sell and represent the company.
• Internal training will be given but the field of smart cards is vast therefore an auto didactic selfstarter will be required for this role.
