Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure blockchain solutions using Java and Solidity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for blockchain applications.
- Implement smart contracts and develop protocols to ensure secure and efficient blockchain transactions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure the quality and stability of blockchain systems.
- Optimize and enhance existing blockchain solutions to improve performance and scalability.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Java or Solidity programming languages.
- Proficiency in version control systems, unit testing, and continuous integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication in Chinese and English, and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Prior experience working in the financial technology or blockchain industry.
- Experience with blockchain technologies, cryptographic algorithms, and distributed ledger systems is preferred
- Understanding of decentralized systems, consensus protocols, and smart contract development is a plus
- Knowledge of blockchain frameworks such as Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, or Corda is preferred
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python, C++, or Go.
- Understanding blockchain privacy protection such as homomorphic encryption and zero-knowledge proofs is nice to have.
- Understanding of Hyperledger Besu is nice to have.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects, research papers, or patents.
